Refund policy
Dear customers,
We are pleased to offer a 30-Day Return Policy that starts on the day of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and original packaging.
Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping is provided via standard ground shipping services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx or Amazon Fulfillment). Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address may not be guaranteed.
Requirements to effectively process your refund:
- Please provide us with your Order ID.
- Confirm that the item has not been used and is in the same condition as when you received it.
- Provide the photos confirming the sellable condition of the product and integrity of its components / parts (including the mounting brackets, security screws, installation hardware and holster). Use a prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the package.
- Pack the product in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please provide a photo of the item packed to confirm the use of the original packaging.
- Please print the shipping label and place it on the box.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for any reason other than verified product defects or warranty-related issues. EVIQO Technologies does not cover or reimburse shipping fees for standard returns.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after EVIQO has received and inspected the returned product and confirmed eligibility. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the original form of payment, depending on your payment provider.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
- Carefully pack the item in its original condition, including all accessories and documentation.
- Attach your prepaid shipping label securely to the package.
- Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Restocking Fees & Exceptions:
Unless the return is due to damaged goods or a verified warranty-related issue, EVIQO reserves the right to deduct applicable restocking or handling fees from the authorized refund amount.
Damaged or Warranty-Related Issues:
If, within 30 days of purchase, your product is damaged, defective, or experiences a verified warranty-related issue, please contact EVIQO support immediately. Our team will provide instructions and advice on shipping requirements specific to such cases.
Right to Modify Policy:
EVIQO Technologies reserves the right to modify its Order Processing, Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy at any time.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and materials.
- Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
