📢 Important Update: EVIQO Introduces Updated Warranty Policy - EVIQO

What's New? Starting 1 March 2024 EVIQO is proud to announce an official update to our warranty policy, aimed at providing our valued customers with the highest industry standard of reliability.

EVIQO officially updates its standard warranty to 3 years!

This change will be implemented in two stages:

Stage 1: New users will have their basic warranty codes updated automatically (on an unconditional basis), extending their warranty from 2 to 3 years without any action required on their part. Customers will receive their new codes within 2 months of activating the mobile app. This phase is temporary until we complete a technical update to our system.

Stage 2: As soon as we finish the technical update of our system, no codes will be required. Instead of using unique warranty codes provided by EVIQO, a default 3-year warranty will apply to all users of EVIQO products, effective immediately.

This update reflects our unwavering commitment to ensuring the utmost satisfaction and peace of mind for our customers. At EVIQO, we strive to set new benchmarks in quality, reliability, and customer service, and this enhanced warranty policy is another step in that direction.

EVIQO system has been properly updated. Starting 10 May 2024, warranty codes get inactive. All the users get a default 3-year warranty automatically. No actions are required on their side. The update is unconditional.
